| This is a bit off-topic, but are there any Venezuelan cuatro players here who might be able to answer a few questions about the instrument for me? If so, could you please e-mail me off-board? Thanks! |

We do a slightly modified version of a Cuatro. Our Cuatro page has info on ours as well as the usual forms. Also tuning samples with Cuatro and various uke string sets.

| Hello Tom! Remember Franspain? He's also a cuatro player, and probably can answer any question. Haven't seen him around here since some time, I think. But then, I wasn't much around myself, so I might be wrong. He also used to be a lot on Ukulelecosmos. You could send him an email, or a PM via Cosmos. Ciao, Jeanette

Thanks, Jeanette. Of course ... Franspain! He has a lovely Youtube video of himself playing cuatro. I'll seek him out on the Cosmos.
Thanks, too, Southcoastukes. I'm heading to your site right now.
