Great song and performance. Thanks for pointing it out. I just gave it a quick try. Her uke is tuned ADF#B, I think. The verses seem to be just a repeat of a pattern: C, G, F, G. I haven't tried the bridge yet, though.
If you try the same fingering on a gCEA-tuned uke, you'll be playing the song a step lower: Bb, F, Eb, F.
