| I saw this one when it was first listed and knew right away that someone had grafted a Martin neck onto a rather poorly made body. An early attempt at recycling!! Its items like this that fool the inexperienced seller. I hope it doesn't fool a neophyte collector.

| Hey, Ukeslavian, "poorly-made" is very polite! Looks like the body wood is old shipping crates or something similar..I'm not registered on Ebay- I like looking around to see what's out there & what it's going for- but should someone let this seller know what they have (or in this case, Have'nt) before someone gets hurt ?

I love this line from the description:
"THIS IS A GOOD PIECE AND HARD TO FIND THESE KIND OF MUSICAL INSTERMENTS TODAY."
Or any kind of INSTERMENT[sic], for that matter.

I saw that yesterday, too. I thought the wood was sycamore as well; I've seen some of Rick Turner's sycamore ukes.
I'd love to see his dovetail joining the neck and body.

"I thought the wood was sycamore as well..."
Me too. I wonder how it got on this mongrel.
