Hi friends, Hope you can give a listen to some sample tracks for a new uke CD I just recorded. This was a long project where we recorded a lot of acoustic vintage swing and blues live in the studio to analog tape. We got a great rhythm section and guest musicians such as Mary Flower on guitar, New Orleans horn man Reggie Houston playing sax and lots more. Available for downloads or CD sales. Hope you like it. Cheers, James

Thank you Jim D'Ville for your comment. One drawback to doing a ukulele CD is the perception that since it is a ukulele recording some people do not take it seriously and that it must be a novelty CD ready for the landfill. It is a challenge to market your music with that bias. My goal for this recording was to do a solid recording with great musicians in the tradition of the original artists back in the day.
