Our club music director is starting cancer treatments and took a uke to the chemo lab and the nurses said it was a bit too loud for the others there.
I would like to find a solid uke, with a headphone pickup, for his time in the chemo lab. Something that will be quiet.
Nothing fancy or pristine, just something to soften the time in treatment.
Prefer tenor scale, but flexible.
Anyone want to part with one?

Look for a Fluke Solid Body. Great uke for this sort of thing.

Or else a few socks (washed, if possible) inside the soundbox should do a good job of muting the sound. Add or remove to obtain the best result.
