It's not a very practical question, so let me rephrase it: 'Is there a ukulele in the shape of a Gretsch G5122'?
That's a thin-body guitar, double cutaway, bigsby bridge, dual humbucker, red finish with a white pickguard, a quintessential rockabilly guitar. It wasn't one of their up-market ones.
Only a few companies make archtop ukuleles, most not even with a floating bridge design. Bushman and Kala do, as do a few independent luthiers like Susan Sonttag, Koll, Silverleaf, DeCava, Luk� Sedl��ek and Jazz Box Ukes. Keech and Dallas/Radiotone made some in the 1930s.
Not one ukulele has that heavy bigsby or even a whammy bar. It would require steel strings. The Risa LP models have humbucker pickups and steel strings.
Double cutaways? I can only think of the Aiersi/East Start ones, which had steel strings and two single pickups, but that would be the closest match you could find. Although without that pickguard and whammy bar it's more of a scaled down ES-335
