In the player directory (left hand side) I find 7 other ukulele players from Evansville IN, and there are three groups listed from Indiana.
The Willard Library also has a ukulele club, but for children, although it's worth asking if they want to start something for adults as well. Same goes for the music stores, like Moore Guitars, or the Music Academy.
