| Just a note for anyone interested in looking at ukes. I have had some dealings with Musicmakers (www.harpkit.com) in the past and they are sincere and honest folks, but I only have direct experience with their cardboard kits for kids, not their first line products. In any event, they are now putting out ukes which, I admit, caught my eye. Nice lines and worth a look-see, though I leave it to others to evaluate them. Anyone played their other products afore? |

| They are local to me so maybe I'll need to take a trip out there to check them out. I've built their Reverie Harp kit (and one from scratch), they are nice to deal with.

Did someone say PEGHEDS? You mean those
http://www.PEGHEDS.net things with a couple of ads in TheMarketPlace? :~)
and don't listen to my wife---I am The PEGHED Guy, not the pigheaded guy.......
That is a nice looking kit..strange both are the same pricewhether bari or concert. A StewMac costs about half as much, but is soprano or tenor.
