Now, most people use the names "Tahitian Banjo" and "Tahitian Ukulele" interchangably, but I notice that your picture appears to show four strings and a skin resonator rather than the eight strings and a wood resonator on a typical Tahitian ukulele. Are you specifically looking for four strings and a skin resonator?
If what you're looking for is an instrument with eight strings and a wood resonator, I have one that I got from Kaota Puna, who makes them in New Zealand. He did a good job with the instrument. I like the one I have. It was very reasonably priced at the time, although the exchange rate to the US dollar since then may have affected his prices. He does custom work (or at least he used to), so he might even be able to make you a four string, skin resonator instrument if that's what you're after.
He has some instructional videos posted on YouTube, and you should be able to get in touch with him through his YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/kanua8
