| If you are looking for a mahogany soprano that is at least equal [and in my opinion waymobetta] than current Martin offerings. Buy this, it is a steal as far as true value goes. I have one, I'd buy this one if I didn't already have one. If you are not aware of David Newton, he has almost a cult status for his acoustic guitars. He used to make ukuleles when he wasn't busy, but after his backlog on guitars hit 2 years he suspended production. Currently he no longer takes custom guitar orders but only sells what he feels like producing. I'd buy this myself but I'm pretty sure my wife would give her lawyer a call. Larry |
