Hey Kids!
Jimmy Jackman here. I used to clown as Boswell. Now, I'm just another old fool. I don't busk with ukuleles, anymore. But the ukulele remains my little voice that says, "Follow me, and today we'll find out if we're in the right key? Key? Key? You dig?
The uke led me away from clowning and towards singing and learning how to accompany my voice. You might say, its voice gave me my voice. These days I accompany my loud mouth with my resophonic guitars. It's all Del Rey's fault. She beamed me up to Galaxy Resophonia when I met her wicked, wacky, wizened wizard self in 2007, at my first uke fest experience in Portland, Oregon.
Enough chitter chatter and pitter patter! I'm hoping to sell or swap a National Style O Deluxe uke, and/or a Ron Phillips resophonic soprano, same as the one Del plays in D6. I'll prepare a proper post for The Marketplace in a few days.
But, I wanted to send out a heads-up that these shiny tuna tins will be open for serious offers. And, I'm looking for a Farmer Foot Drum Set. That's what I'm after. So maybe, someone has a Farmer Foot Drum Set that needs a good new streetcorner home, too.
Do you hear the hue and cry, too? Imagine...

After playing the ukulele, I don't know if I could go back to playing a full sized guitar ever again. Time will tell...
Was that your National maple Concert reso that recently sold in the marketplace?
