Hi everyone, I wanted to share that I recently published the second edition of my Ukulele Expressions book series which focuses on music for only one hand.
By using standard and alternate tunings, I was able to get new sounds from my ukulele when I was going through carpal tunnel syndrome (and surgery) on my fretting hand.
By also incorporating a capo, I was able to create some very interesting melodies on open strings...and played with only one hand!
The music reminded me of nature, so I started pairing my music with the paintings I created.
