Hey folks. Will be having a live "In The Round" musician s guild event on 06/29/24 held in way SE Idaho at the corners of ID, WY, UT.
This is NOT a ukulele only event. It IS and acoustic only event and by invitation only. This isn't a come one come all open mic situation. Anyone interested needs to contact me via email and leave a valid phone contact so we can chat and see if we can connect. This is by all means a "COMMUNITY MINDED, FAMILY FRIENDLY" situation.
We will be outdoor under a very large pavilion with high quality FOH sound equipment. We will.also be recording each artist on a 'live tracking' mindset.
Just so you know, I also play ukulele a lot. I've about 30 high quality and or high end ukes myself just to let you know.
Again, this is an ACOUSTIC ONLY effort. Sorry. But Les Paul electric type and sorts of ukes at this time will not make the stage area. Thank you for your understanding of that.
The intent and effort is targeting musicianship on an absolute level of encouraging one another. This is NOT a competition or a talent show. It's a "Guild" in an attempt to connect all sorts of genre acoustic players to swap notes on education, songs, equipment and venues. There is absolutely NO fee for anyone whatsoever other than gate fees we have no control over. It's quite the low gate fee. No one involved in this event is getting paid, including organizers and sound reinforcement people.
All we ask is that you first and foremost bring professional sense of and desire for soulfulness and encouragement to and for everyone.
As a producer and host of three radio shows myself, I will be hosting this event.
Anyone that wants to be considered for their efforts at the event to be broadcast on the radio post event needs a bio and to let me know well ahead of time.
Please do know this though. My radio shows are centered 100% around acoustic Early American Roots Music. Yes. It can be a brand new original song of yours, but still must remain within that parameter.
I can contacted via bolstudios@hotmail.com .
Please email as much info about you and your music as possible in that email. If you have recorded songs and or You Tube videos, please link them as well..

P.S.
In addition to the above info, you only need 4 things once we've connected.
1) Yourself.
2) Your instrument.
3) An instrument cable of you have a pickup installed.
4) Good manners.
As a side note, you DO NOT need an amp of any type. We will take care of that. As aforementioned, the NO amp approach is due to live tracking recording effort and the best audio quality concept policy of " MIC EVERYTHING"....
Once we've connected via email and phone, I'll send all the specifics in PDF format to your via email..
Thanks,
Wesley De
