Brief:   M.U.K. is an "open to all" ukulele group started in April '04 in Melbourne, Australia. We have regular gigs featuring members of the kollective and guests from interstate (or anywhere else that they can get here from). These gigs usually feature the MUK Big Ukulele Band, usually numbering around 30-50 performers. We have performed at many events such as the Darebin Music Feast and The Melbourne Fringe Festival, Brunswick Music Festival, Port Fairy Folkie, .... We incorporate all genres of uke: Old school, new school, no school; MUK knows no bounds. Join the Uke Revolution at: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/m-u-k/ Anyone can post messages if they got anything to do with ukes. All welcome to join our Wednesday Sessions at The Cornish Arms Hotel, 163A Sydney Road, Brunswick; between Glenlyon Rd/Dawson St. and Union St.. 7-10pm Also, we hold Klub MUK on the first Tuesday of each month at Bar 303, 303 High St. Northcote, from 7:30-10:30pm, free entry.
