Was fortunate enough to go to Hawaii last December. Picked up an inexpensive uke there and have been playing it non-stop. Looking to upgrade later this year. Am hopeful to one day record rock music that blends loud electic guitars with the the uke and Hawaiian slack key acoustic - I have been writing stuff, and surprisingly, it CAN work.
