six string tenor
Lanikai LU-6 in good condition. Currently strung with Worth clear strings. Lanikai case (I added the case and tuner) included. I bought it to see how it played and sounded. Good, bright sound and volume, but tuning six strings proved to be a bother for me. I've decided to not keep it. The laminated top has separated a bit near the bridge on the treble side. It doesn't go all the way through, and it doesn't pose a threat according to a local luthier. $125.00 shipped CONUS. Paypal or Postal money order.

SOLD Mya Moe East Indian Cutaway Tenor #1348
This ukulele is the exact one Aaron Keim played on his YouTube videos for "Henry's Boogie" and most of the accompanying videos for his and Nicole's latest book, A" Ukulele Handbook". I managed to buy it because I saw the videos and fell in love with the sound and appearance of the uke. Thinking that I'd put in an order for one just like it, I emailed Aaron for a description of it. To my delight, he emailed back saying that it was for sale right then from Mya Moe. The top was scratched in several places but in no way did the scratches deter from the tone, playability, or even appearance of the uke. The ukulele was already scratched when he recorded all those videos with it! Was I interested? You bet. The original price from Mya Moe was $2050. Because of the scratches, Mya Moe reduced the price to $1800. Gordan of Mya Moe eventually sold it to me for $1540. It's truly a gorgeous looking and sounding ukulele and it plays easily and like a dream. I am selling it because I mainly play baritone these days and this is where my interest lies. I still love Mya Moe and in fact, they will begin building a baritone for me in August. The uke features an East Indian Rosewood back and sides, red cedar top, maple body binding, abalone rosette, radius ebony fretboard with maple binding and no markers, mahogony neck, peghed geared tuners, custom signature head plate, K&K Twin Spot pickup. Includes Mya Moe hard case, Mya Mye Strap, 2 extra sets of custom Mya Moe strings in low and high g, and an Oasis humidifier.

Custom Moore Bettah Tenor Ukulele
Look no further! Circa 2008 – Mint Condition! Beautiful custom Moore Bettah tenor ukulele handcrafted by master luthier Chuck Moore of the Big Island, HI. Chuck handcrafts some of not only the most aesthetically pleasing ukuleles available on the market but also professional recording level instruments for both the professional musician and recreational player. This wonderful and extremely rare Moore Bettah tenor ukulele was crafted from the finest materials and went virtually unplayed – gorgeous master grade Hawaiian Koa wood back and sides with a spruce top and slight sunburst finish on the soundboard to compliment the natural hues of the Koa wood. Macassar ebony wood fretboard and bridge with a cocobolo top and back binding and b-w-b accent lines on the soundboard and headstock. The neck is hand-carved from Honduran mahogany wood and is carbon fiber reinforced for added stability. Gorgeous abalone ‘paua’ shell inlay on the soundboard, rosette, and matching inlay on the headstock for a classic appeal with a musicians grade high gloss finish. The instrument boasts a slight ‘deep-body’ construction with a 3 inch depth at the upper bout and 3 1/4 at the lower bout attributing to its wonderful range of tones. Rich and complex tones with excellent sustain, clarity, and projection. The instrument is very well balanced tonally all the way up the neck and spot on intonation as well. Highly recommended player piece. And this is as good as it gets for recording artists, weekend giggers, and the uke-lover at heart!

Kanile'a K-1 ST Super Tenor and hard case
I recently bought a custom tenor Kanile'a, so it is time for my other Kanile'a to move along to a new owner. This uke has been one of my favorites. It is a 2014 gloss finish solid koa K-1 ST. I purchased it new from HMS and they performed their setup on it. It plays beautifully and is strung with Worth clear strings. It includes its Kanile'a hard case, which fits it like a glove. I cannot find any visible flaws with this uke, and it is structurally flawless as well. Paypal gift is the preferred payment method, to avoid fees. I am shipping from Florida. SOLD Martin S2 Mahogany Soprano (reissue)
I purchased this a bit ago and got a great deal and thought I'd pass it on. I really really really don't need it but wanted to try it out. It's in terrific condition. I can't see any marks on it. Includes original Martin gig bag pictured and information pamphlet. Great setup...easy player, no buzzing and good intonation. I also have an S1 (Mexico version). In comparison, the S2: - looks better (nicer mahogany) - is lighter in weight - is louder - better note separation - fuller sound - looks like it has an ebony nut and saddle compared to white (plastic?) on the S1. I've got 4 sopranos right now and the S1 is my low G travel/go anywhere uke that's not worth much in comparison so I thought I'd keep it. Fire away with any questions...Currently strung with LW strings. Asking $650 Paypal (gift preferred) and $15 USPS shipped anywhere in the US.

Harmony Concert Uke 50’s or 60’s!
Aloha and Happy Day! We are selling off a bunch of our collection. Here’s a Harmony Concert Uke from the 50’s or 60’s. It is nice shape. All mahogany with white binding. One small ding in the headstock by the G string tuner. No cracks, there is a drop of glue visible through the sound hole but no repairs that I can see. Plays GREAT, but we have to downsize. No gig bag or case. We just have too many ukes, if that is possible, and it has been sitting since I bought it. We are selling off the majority of our collection to downsize. Price is $175,or best offer, plus shipping and optional insurance. We only sell within the U.S. Mahalo for looking! ! We also have a vintage MACCAFERRI G40 guitar if anyone is interested please email for photos. Since this is a uke site I like to follow the rules. John Lisicich 253-468-3674 mobile

Mele Koa Tenor-6 String!
I bought this Mele Tenor 6 about 10 years ago from Mele Ukulele in Wailuku, Maui. It’s a beautiful uke and sounds excellent. It has more or less just been sitting in the case since we bought it. I have played a few songs on it, and it probably has half an hour at the most of playing time. I did notice two very small pin point size marks on the front. You would have to look pretty darn hard to see them. Here’s what it says on the Mele site: “The 6-string tenor uke is a very versatile performer; full, ringing tone for strumming but also great for picking. Entirely handmade of genuine Big Island koa wood. Steel-reinforced mahogany neck. Same great features as the tenor 4, but with 2 extra strings; the "C" (in octaves) and the "A" strings are doubled. Note the beautiful genuine ebony binding, fingerboard and bridge! “ These all koa ukes sell for $799 on site and another $70 for the case. We just have too many ukes, if that is possible, and it has been sitting since I bought it. We are selling off the majority of our collection. Price is $550, including case, or best offer, plus shipping and optional insurance. We only sell within the U.S. Mahalo for looking! ! SOLD WW II/Pearl Harbor History: Ukulele, Built 1945, Wood from Battleship Oklahoma
This hand-built ukulele, a true treasure, has an incredible story, and I've been privileged to own and play it. It was made in 1945 of salvaged, high-quality wood from the USS Oklahoma, one of the American battleships sunk in the tragic 1941 Pearl Harbor attack (a major turning point in World War II). The dark, richly grained wood (probably mahogany) is of such superior quality that it may possibly have come from a prime locale on the ship such as the Captain's quarters or officers' dining room. (For background about the USS Oklahoma, please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Oklahoma_(BB-37).) The ukulele's historic authenticity is confirmed by the hand-written letter that accompanies it, which I acquired along with the instrument (please see photo, with envelope). It reads: "This insterment [sic] made in July, 1945, Honolulu, T.H. [Territory of Hawaii]. For my wife Gladys M. Miller. Material used is from The U.S.S. Oaklahoma [sic], Sunk at Pearl Harbor Dec. 7, 1941." [signed] Austin E. Miller (Additions to the above paragraph [in square brackets] are mine. The term "sic" means that's how the original was written. Again, please see photo. BTW, Hawaii was then a U.S. "territory," and did not become a state until 1959.) A note on the envelope, written by an interim owner of the ukulele (about the maker's statement), reads: "Statement of Maker Used to be Glued inside Uke but Glue dried out over the years and came loose." This wonderful instrument would be: • A must-have display piece for collectors of WW II/ Pearl Harbor/ U.S. Navy/ military history memorabilia • A show-stopping "player" ukulele for anyone, especially lovers of '40s-era songs • A fantastic addition to a "retro" music group Extremely fine condition, especially considering it's 70 years old! I'm including sheet music from 1941 (the year the battleship Oklahoma was sunk in Pearl Harbor) for the very popular "Anniversary Waltz." Shipping charge includes full-value insurance.

Price: $349 + $28 US shipping (includes insurance)

SOLD KoAloha KTMS-00 Thin Line Tenor with LR Baggs 5.0 Pickup
Pictures can be seen at:

https://plus.google.com/photos/117301768638000511839/albums/6159284011377714817?banner=pwa

Up for sale is a real treat and one that doesn't come up very often. It is the KoAlohoa KTMS-00, a thin line tenor which has all the characteristics of a tenor but with an extremely thin bout, only 2'' deep.

For those that wonder how does KoAloaha put all that sound into a 2" body? I don't know, but watch this video and prepare to be floored.

http://www.theukulelesite.com/koaloha-koa-tenor-thinbody-electric.html

Besides the fantastic player it is, it also includes the LR Baggs pickup, so you have a Uke to play at home and take to the sessions and get togethers.

Why am I getting rid of it? I am a KoAloha guy, I own only 4 Ukes, and they are all KoAlohas. I like the tenor neck, which is important for my big hands, but the LN concert that I have does the job extremely well for me and I like the concert sized body more. I don't need two of these types of Ukes.

This is only a few months old, and was very rarely used. The build date is Dec. 2014. It was bought directly and professionally set up by Paul at KoAloha. It was supposed to be a second but there are none of the marks or indicators that KoALoha uses to indicate it as such. It doesn't matter in that whatever the issue there was supposed to be, it does not affect anything. The only thing I can see is some differences in the wood coloring as you look all around, but it's Koa and it's supposed to look like that, at least to my eyes. This is pure KoAloha.

It did not come with a case and I do not have any tenor cases, but it will be wrapped and shipped correctly.

I really really really prefer to sell, but if you have something that will floor me, it can't hurt to listen to trade offers.

Grab it while you have a chance.

$XXXX shipped CONUS.

Thanks for reading.
